GIAC (Water Integral Management in Catalonia) is a Catalan Municipal Companies’ Association of economic interest (AIE). It manages the integral water cycle in various cities and towns. In November 1997 the towns of Reus, Manresa, Mataró and El Prat de Llobregat were the founding members. In 2000 Vilafranca del Penedès joined in, and in 2004 Tortosa did.
