Aims
To defend public ownership of hydrological resources.
To strengthen collaboration among members.
To collaborate with other public or private administrations or entities in the elaboration and execution of projects and programs of common interest related to the environmental and integral water cycle.
To defend the associated municipalities interests towards territorial and institutional hydraulic administrations and third parties.
To promote, construct, exploit and maintain facilities for water supply, sewer system and water treatment of local competency. To partly or totally manage the water cycle of the municipalities and/or other public entities requesting it.
To analyse water quality and its level of contamination.
To execute integral water cycle and environment research activities, and to spread them. |
